“People join organizations and leave bosses,” the old saw goes. Richard Wilkinson created The Manager’s Everyday Toolbox to support managers at all levels in fulfilling their complex responsibilities to achieve lasting results and build successful teams. Join him for an overview of the Toolbox and a chance to practice several of the 86 tools it features. All participants will receive an electronic copy of the Toolbox.

Now in its tenth year and seventh edition, The Manager’s Everyday Toolbox is a just-in-time resource to help managers handle whatever challenges and opportunities present themselves. It draws on Richard’s more than forty years’ experience in human resources and organization development in three industries.

What You’ll Gain

  • A personal plan for using the Toolbox to strengthen management practice
  • Practice using proven tools, including checklists, exercises, and essays all aimed at boosting managerial effectiveness
  • A solid foundation of the values, behaviors, and habits of skillful management
