The portfolio manager plays a vital role supporting the organization’s annual planning process.  Typically sitting within the IT or Enterprise PMO, they help build a realistic picture of the overall project portfolio while balancing various factors (e.g. resources, budget, etc.).

This presentation will provide an overview of the annual planning cycle and a practitioner’s guide to go from intake to master schedule.  We will also discuss challenges and opportunities that may surface during this process lifecycle.
