Discreet approaches are insufficient in helping leaders foster resilience in themselves and their organizations. Learn how a flagship division of a global organization integrated multiple methods from systems thinking, design thinking and growth mindset into an immersive, customized process that helped executives lead a "renaissance" to reposition the business and drive growth. The division selected a cohort of executives who led 3,500 people in the United States, Europe and Asia to participate in an immersive experience to foster personal growth, improve organizational effectiveness and accelerate innovation. Each leader was matched with a consultant who collaborated with them on-site, working with their challenges and teams. We integrated expertise in culture transformation, executive coaching, employee engagement, leadership development and team development. One-year results were statistically significant. Cohort leaders achieved gains in employee engagement up to +38 ppts. and gains in growth mindset up to +43 ppts., accelerating the division's cultural and strategic initiatives.
