What is the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®)?
SAFe® is a proven, codified, industry-proven and publicly-facing knowledge base that is used to successfully scale Lean-Agile development. It is the primary method to scale Agile to the Enterprise level by answering questions like "How do we budget?", "How do we plan?", and, "How do we become cross-functional in architecture and DevOps?"
The SAFe® framework provides the ability to create, and maintain, a centralized strategy with a coherent approach towards delivering value for large organizations.
