Don Kingsberry

Don is an internationally recognized expert, with 30 years of global Portfolio, Program, and Project Management Office (PMO) leadership experience across multiple industries. He has started and led enterprise-wide PMOs at 6 of the world’s largest and fastest growing companies including: Hewlett-Packard, Genentech, Compaq, and Keurig Green Mountain. Currently he is the leader of the Enterprise Project Management Office responsible for project management at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the largest private foundation in the world.

Don is committed to sustainable innovation both professionally and privately. In addition to living in Seattle and working at the Gates Foundation, he has a 16-acre organic blueberry farm with a solar house and a 26 acre tree farm in New Hampshire, and he drives plug-in hybrid sports car that can get over 100-MPG.

Barbara  is author of the best-selling book "Change Intelligence: Use the Power of CQ to Lead Change that Sticks", principal and founder of Change Catalysts, LLC (an ACMP QEP and PMI REP), and originator of the CQ System for Developing Change Intelligent Individuals and Organizations. For over 25 years, Barbara has facilitated over mission-critical transformations, coached executives, trained leaders at all levels, and certified change agents - achieving bottom-line business and powerful leadership results.

Her blend of research and real-world expertise makes her an in-demand speaker at conferences in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.  She holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan. Clients served include Abbott Laboratories, Ascension Healthcare, BP, Cisco, Ford, Hyatt International, United Airlines, and ThyssenKrupp.

Artivist and Storyteller Amber is changing the conversation on what it means to bring our greatest visions to life and come alive along the way. She’s spent the past decade investigating and experimenting around how to create beyond fear, and shift worry into wonder.

She's the creator of "The World We Want", a global public art project, which invites communities to declare their vision for the world and the role they’ll play in enacting it. She is a contributor on conscious and creative living to Fast Company, and her work has been featured in The New York Times, ABC World News, Forbes, Time, Fast Company, Inc., BBC, well+GOOD and Tim Ferriss's blog.
