president -YUdha Pratama
I have been a member of the PSPMI since 2014 & actively volunteering since 2015 - starting in Technology & Photography. I was elected VP of Technology in 2016 and served until 2018. I started a program where, we the chapter, take on the responsibilities in submitting PDUs to PMI for our members. I am currently working a Senior Program Manager at KOMO News. I’m a certified PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM & SPC5. I a lecturer in Portfolio, Program and Project Management at Northeastern University – Seattle. I wrote and published a book "Building Agile Team: One Parafable at a Time"
If elected President, I’ll work on improving the voice of the members to help chart the course of the chapter, making it more lean & agile. Work with Education and the board to bring more certification preparation or training. Work with the board to find ways to increase PDU opportunities while attempting to lower the cost of PDUs while tackling muri, mura & muda, as well as potentially crowdsourcing those PDU opportunities.

My name is Michael Hayden and I would like your vote this year for chapter President of Puget Sound PMI. I have been a member in good standing and volunteer for our chapter since 2016. Through PSPMI, I have grown beyond my own boundaries personally and professionally, making many lifelong friends and connections along the way. I want to continue giving back to this community.
Many of you may know me through the Programs portfolio where I currently serve and lead as the VP of Programs. Professionally, I work at Microsoft as a Program Manager leading teams to help improve and troubleshoot product issues. Having honed my leadership and project management skills in both the public and private sectors, I am eager to promote our chapter’s mission of service to all of our unique and diverse members. As President, my vision is to ensure that our chapter engages our membership and local market at all levels and that PSPMI continues to foster relevant leaders in our field.
Vice President, Membership - Wendy Evans
Wendy has been an active PMI member since December 2017 and a Puget Sound PMI volunteer since October 2019. Her multiple talents contributed to the success of the program portfolio during the COVID-19 pandemic providing exceptional virtual events and digital expertise.
In Wendy's day job at Microsoft, she consults in a high-performing team as a Learning Publishing Systems Project Manager. Also, she has a freelance business consulting on digital video development and closed-captioning services. Her weekends are with her life partner, John, and fur-baby Beebe, the Red Tri Aussie exploring the Pacific Northwest outdoors, mountain bike riding, rafting/SUP, and camping.
The VP of Membership captivates Wendy to drive modern campaigns to increase active participation. Including developing accessible digital outreach mentorship programs for all project management practitioners and create topic-focused study groups to help members reach their PMI certification goals. She has many years of customer service and servant leadership experience.
Vote Wendy Evans for the VP of Membership seat on the 2021 PSPMI Board of Directors.

Vice President, Operations - Bob Patrino
I am an accomplished project/program leader with over 20 years’ experience leading projects. I have earned a BA in Sociology from San Jose State, as well as a MBA in Technology Management from Golden Gate University. The highlight of my professional career was earning my PMP certification in 2013. I also am a certified Scaled Agilist. I am currently employed as a Principal IS Project Manager with Providence Health Care.
I held the VP of Operations role from 2015 – 2017, as well as I currently have the honor of working with our team of dedicated volunteers as Director of Volunteer Management.
I know the importance of volunteer and mentorship programs as well as the importance of Chapter governance. The role of VP of Operations is in a unique position to make very positive contributions to the success of our Chapter.
I am a driven; results focused professional leader with a passion for excellence in everything I do. I will bring that passion and drive to the VP of Operations position. I would appreciate your vote.
Vice President, Programs – Dan Baldwin
I’m Dan Baldwin, PSPMI member and part of the Programs team. I am asking for your vote for the Vice President of Programs position, as I want to continue building upon the success PSPMI has with its virtual programs, offer members leadership opportunities for skillset development, and be ready to develop and incorporate our eventual return to in-person program offerings.
As a PM, my career is focused on encountering and resolving ambiguity and unexpected adversity in projects covering avionics and lean manufacturing. Serving on the Programs committee since 2019, I volunteered to be the lead PM for the March ‘20 virtual keynote event, and led the effort to develop virtual meeting protocols in response to COVID.
Since then I’ve participated in building back-up keynote presentations, developing rehearsal procedures for virtual events, encouraging team collaboration, and collaborating in our annual holiday presentations. As VP of Programs, I would push the opportunity for members wishing to add event planning and stakeholder presentation to their skillsets by participating in and leading monthly keynote events.
