"Utilize Office 365 & Microsoft’s Extended PPM Suite of Tools for Advanced Program to Portfolio Management capabilities."

Most everyone has used MS Project, but not for strategic planning, nor possibly have they leveraged the newly extended and blended tools in Office 365. Come, learn best practices of not only Portfolio Management but also how you can leverage Microsoft’s tool suites (both Desktop to Online) to readily accomplish strategic planning and portfolio management.

All attendees to the presentation will receive complimentary decision and strategic support tools (valued at over $500) that have been used in Office and Project Desktop that have helped small to large organizations rapidly eliminate the emotion out of strategic decisions and to quickly get to a clear prioritized portfolio of projects.

Leveraging Active Dashboards to rate, rank and prioritize or respond to issues, slippages, etc.
