” Has your PMO settled on some great in-house or vendor software tools to help you manage your projects, programs and portfolios?  Do you have standard templates for project charters, plans, risk management, budgeting?  Are you using checklists?  What’s working?  What’s not?  What have you learned?  Mature PMO’s have usually been through all this and have fine-tuned it all.  Roundtable members will cover it all!”

This season, the PMO Roundtable (PMOR) will offer nine monthly meetings covering all the most critical topics that affect the PMO ranging from PMO startup to Portfolio and Resource Management to best practices for methodology, tools, templates, dashboards and metrics.
